You can become a Sponsorship, or an Exhibitor of The 19th ASEAN ORL-HNS Congress in conjunction with 11th Indonesian ORL-HNS Scientific Meeting with online/virtual and offline concept. Sponsors enjoy exclusive benefits, including wide acknowledgement and priority to select certain sponsorship items.
You can also become a Singular sponsor and target certain items to customize your contribution. To be noted, slots of sponsorship opportunities are given on a first-confirmed-first-served basis. So do reserve your sponsorship as soon as possible.

Sponsorship Material
Sponsor material is the authority of the sponsor according to the selected sponsorship package. Materials include logos, type of publication, layout, and fonts. Sponsor promotional materials for publication media that will be produced by the committee are submitted no later than 10 days after the signing of the cooperation contract.

| We provide opportunities for sponsors to be able to promote their products either physically (offline) or virtually (online). The physical size of the exhibition stand (booth) is 3×2 meters which is right in front of the location of the congress. This exhibition stand was provided for one day on the first day of the congress. You can also promote products in the form of brochures or other printed materials that can be accessed virtually by congress participants for 3 days during the congress. You can also display product promotional videos with a duration of 30 seconds -1 minute that can be accessed virtually by congress participants. | |

Silver Rp. 100.000.000,-
• The company sponsores 1 Keynote Lecture, 1 Plenary and 1 Symposium or according to the agreement with the committee.

Payment Methods

Bank fees are charged to the payer. Applications for sponsorship and/or exhibition must be made in writing with the enclosed booking enquiry form.
Sponsor who want to participate the event, need to be registered on website, and confirm the proof of payment by clicking “confirm payment” button in the email which will be sent to you.
After this confirmation, we will approve your registration soon.
Cancellation or Reduction
Notification of a sponsor to cancel sponsored items must be submitted to the Organizer in writing. The effective date of cancellation or reduction of sponsored items will be the date on which the Organizer receives the written notice.
Cancellation Schedule
The organizer has the right to retain or invoicing:
- 50% of the agreed sponsored amount if the organizer receives the written cancelation/reduction before October 1st, 2021.
- 100% of the agreed sponsored amount (no refund shall be made) if the organizer receives the written cancelation/reduction after October 1st, 2021.
After the organizer receives the interest form, a confirmation and an invoice will be sent to the sponsor. The sponsor shall pay of total payment maximum before October 15th, 2021. Should there be more applications for a specific sponsorship item/package, then these will be assigned by organizers on a “first come, first served” basis.
If the cancellation is made by the committee, the committee will return all the funds from the sponsorship package that has been given by the sponsor. The decisions above are flexible and can be changed according to the joint decision before signing the MoU and invoice.
Miscellanous
The committee opens cooperation in the form of goods and services with the sponsor. The committee does not rule out other forms of cooperation that are mutually beneficial, if the desired cooperation is not included in the funding package or sponsorship facilities. Sponsor rates do not include taxes or contract fees, if any.
Closing
Explanation of the terms, agreements and conditions of this sponsorship cooperation can be done through negotiations or holding hearings between the committee and the company or related institution. All forms of cooperation agreement will be written in black and white and signed by both parties.
